One of our favorite forms of self-care is – Breathwork- it helps you get out of your own way and really connect back to self by releasing stress, trauma, and stuck emotions in your body. When you heal the nervous system, you heal the emotional self so your true authentic self can emerge.

Somatic Release Breathwork employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce an emotional release. This release may be in the form of moving, shaking, yelling, crying, or laughing. Using the breath, you engage your innate ability to heal and seep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.

What to have during a session:
journal/pen
yoga mat
comfortable clothes (lounging/yoga)
water
Yoga Bolster for low back comfort
Blanket or throw: Body Temperatures drop during breathwork. We highly recommend a blanket.
Eye mask (We have free ones available to use if you do not have one).
For Zoom Sessions you will need:
a quiet space without distraction
computer w/ webcam — recommended (a cell phone will also work)
headphones are recommended
high speed internet
Once paid for, you will receive instructions to schedule your breathwork session using Calendly (be sure to check your email order confirmation for the link)
